School is cancelled in the Brewer School Department today, February 13, 2025 due to the imminent concern for a wintry mix on the roadways.
Travel safely if you need to go out.

How exciting is this? Brewer High School's Air Force JROTC Color Guard will be presenting the colors before the Celtics take on the Chicago Bulls Thursday night in Boston! Representing BHS will be:

Brewer Outdoor Education is holding their annual Memorial Day plant and flower sale again this weekend. They will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 24, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 25. Thank you for supporting Brewer High School's Outdoor Education Program.!

Dear Brewer School Department Families & Staff,
Due to the impending storm and the likelihood of dangerous road conditions due both to the predictions of wet, heavy snow and downed trees and other hazards, we are canceling school for tomorrow, Thursday, April 4, 2024. All after school activities are also canceled for the afternoon and evening of April 4th.
Please be safe if you have to be out during the storm.

As Mr. Palmer has announced, the Brewer School Department, including Brewer High School, will have a two (2) hour delay today, Thursday, March 21. The warning bell will ring at 9:45 a.m. with Block One classes beginning at 9:55. Students and staff have been emailed a copy of our "Two hour delay bell schedule." Stay safe, everyone!

The Brewer School Department will have a 2-hour delay this morning, March 21, 2024, due to low visibility during the early darkness with some blowing snow. The delay means bus runs and school openings will occur 2-hours later than a normal day. Our end of day schedule will remain the same as any other day.

Brewer High School's Class of 2025 will present Junior Ex this weekend! Here are the details: Saturday, March 23, 7:00 pm; Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Brewer Community School; Tickets available at the door, $5.00 students/senior citizens, $10.00 adults. Come join the fun and help the Junior Class at the same time!

The Outdoor Education program will be holding their annual yard sale on Saturday, March 30, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The yard sale will take place in the BHS cafeteria. OE is also accepting items at this time if you have something to donate. To do so, email Mr. Savage at msavage@breweredu.org.


CONGRATULATIONS to Brewer High School's cast and crew of the one-act play "Day Six" and director Rich Kimball for winning the MPA's Maine Regional Drama Festival for Class A . . . again! Next up are the Class A State Finals which will be held at Camden Hills Friday and Saturday, March 22 & 23. Well done, Go Witches!
