Mrs. Crawford's second grade class had the opportunity to video chat with a bat biologist from Clemson University in South Carolina. Each student wrote questions of interest and had the chance to ask him during the Skype session. The experience was part of a unit of study on "bats". What an enriching conclusion to the science unit!
