Dear Brewer School Department Families & Staff,
This is a reminder of upcoming vaccination clinic being run by a local health organization at the Brewer Community School (BCS) Performing Arts Center (PAC).
BCS will host a Bangor Public Health free vaccine clinic on February 18, 2022, the Friday before February break. This will be held from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). Consent and other forms are linked below. Please return these to the BCS main office no later than Wednesday, February 16, 2022 so that Bangor Health can prepare to bring the correct number and type of vaccine doses. They are able to give first or second doses for anyone 5+ years in age, or booster shots for anyone 12+ years in age.
